A daily look at the Mediterranean at Feria Hábitat

Under the concept Everyday Mediterranean , Unika Living pays homage to the light, calm, and authenticity of Mediterranean style. Not as a frozen image, but as a A way of being in the world . A balance between the natural and the contemporary, between the nobility of materials and the simplicity of the everyday.

This year's proposal unfolds in Five sensory spaces , carefully designed to explore the connection between people, their environment, and the objects they inhabit. Each one represents an essential action that shapes the experience of home.

Sharing: the art of coming together

In this first space, Unika Living invites us to rediscover the pleasure of gathering around the table. Here, sharing is not just an action, but an attitude. The arrangements revolve around round, solid wood tables, accompanied by sculptural pieces that provide balance. volume, functionality and visual warmth .

Design becomes ceremony: every line flows naturally, every texture invites touch. Everything is designed to create environments where attention, listening, and presence transform encounters into shared memories.

Sharing is more than decorating: it's about creating spaces that welcome, connect, and give meaning to time spent together.

To inhabit: pure calm

The second stop on the tour is an invitation to inhabit the space deeply. This place exudes calm. Here, the essential is revealed: what remains. What doesn't seek attention, but leaves a serene impression.

The primary materials are microcement, natural wood, and organic fabrics. The visual language is restrained, balanced, and timeless. The pieces engage with the void and the light, creating scenes that convey peace without sacrificing sophistication.

To inhabit is not to fill a place, but to live it from harmony and inner silence.

Observe: light as living matter

The third space revolves around observation. It explores how light transforms objects, softens edges, and casts shadows that tell stories. Here, openings and transparencies are integrated into a visual narrative where every detail is revealed according to the time of day.

The beds, armchairs, and tables are strategically placed to allow natural light to do its work: revealing the texture of the linen, the veining of the travertine marble, and the nuances of the neutral colors. A composition designed to show how architecture, decoration, and landscape can coexist in poetic harmony.

To observe is to let the light speak to us. It is to understand design as a choreography of reflections and silences.

Touch: textures that excite

In this fourth space, the focus shifts to touch. To skin. To the intimate sensation of caressing a surface and discovering what images cannot convey. It is a tribute to matter as a source of emotion.

Natural fabrics, smooth stones, the warmth of untreated wood… Every texture is selected to evoke authenticity. From washed linen upholstery to rough marble surfaces or handcrafted ceramics, everything invites a complete sensory experience.

Touching is recognizing what is true. It is feeling the honesty of a noble material and the intention behind every choice.

Compose: spaces that adapt to you

Finally, the tour culminates in a space where design serves flexibility. modular sofas Unika Living's pieces are presented as not only decorative, but also elegantly adaptable to different lifestyles.

Each module allows for configurations that evolve over time. There's no rigidity, only possibilities. Clean lines, generous proportions, and a palette of soft tones that blend seamlessly into any environment.

Composing is about shaping a space that reflects who you are. Without impositions, without stridency. Just balance and freedom.

A proposal that is experienced, not just observed.

Unlike other more technical or commercial proposals, Unika Living's presence at Feria Hábitat 2025 aims to create a real-time editorial experience. A space that speaks the language of calm, light, and materials. Where each piece of furniture is understood within its context, not as an isolated object.

Everything has been conceived as a small Mediterranean universe, where beauty does not shout, but remains.

From the selection of materials (microcement, travertine marble, natural fiber fabrics) to the distribution of space, Unika Living's proposal becomes a visual manifesto of design as a way of life.

A must-attend event for design professionals

If you're an interior designer, architect, decorator, or simply passionate about design, you can't miss this edition. At the Unika Living stand, you'll discover not just furniture, but a vision: The goal is to create spaces with soul, where every choice has meaning, and every detail tells a story.

Beyond trends, beyond styles, Unika Living proposes a way of understanding the home as an extension of our way of inhabiting the world: with attention, with balance, with beauty.
